Sales Manager, Enterprise Accounts
San Jose, California
The Sales Manager will be responsible for acquiring new enterprise customers. The N3N solution offering includes Software as a Service (SaaS), on-premise deployments and additional professional services. The Sales Manager must be proficient in articulating the value proposition for each of these components, in order to create and ultimately close associated sales opportunities. Tasks and goals involved include:
o Develop target account plans and conduct periodic face to face account visit and reviews.
o Acquire new enterprise customers and grow.
o Meet or exceed quota.
o Develop understanding of business issues and opportunities of specific clients to sell and deliver high-impact solutions.
o Proactively gathering information required for the scoping of client projects, including costs, timings, background information – liaising with other internal teams as required.
o Attend internal/external project meetings.
o A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a Strategic Account Management, account executive or business development roles in Enterprise Software, Data Visualization, Business Intelligence, Analytics or IoT companies.
o A passion around customer loyalty and improving the customer experience.
o Ability to acquire large enterprise customers.
o Very high attention to detail and quality.
o Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
o Self-motivated individual with the ability to structure own workload, effectively prioritizing activities across a large number of client projects.
o Advanced communication, speaking, writing, and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization, internally and externally.
o Ability to work effectively across teams.
Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer.
